Child Safety Standards

FyndMe is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for minors on the platform and for any content or behaviour that sexualises children.

Adults only — 18+

FyndMe is an adults-only social and relationship discovery service. You must be 18 or older (or the legal age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account or use any part of the platform. Accounts suspected of belonging to a minor are removed immediately.

FyndMe supports discreet discovery, companionship and mutually understood relationships between consenting adults. It is not an escort, prostitution or paid-companionship service, and pornographic content, sexual services for payment, trafficking and any sexualisation of minors are prohibited without exception. Plain-language summary. This document is maintained alongside product changes by Neuro Blend INC and is written to be readable. It should be reviewed periodically by qualified legal counsel.

Absolute prohibitions

  • No person under 18 may create or use an account.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is banned without exception.
  • Any grooming, solicitation or sexualised discussion of minors is banned.
  • Imagery of minors may not be uploaded to any album, message or profile.

Prevention

  • Age is confirmed at registration and enforced at the database level.
  • Accounts that cannot satisfy the 18+ requirement are blocked from onboarding.
  • Identity verification is offered to strengthen trust across the network.
  • Photos are screened for prohibited content and can be reviewed by moderators.

Detection and enforcement

Reports involving suspected minors are treated as the highest priority. Accounts are suspended immediately during review. Confirmed violations result in permanent removal, preservation of evidence and referral to the appropriate authorities.

How to report

Use the report action on any profile, photo or message, or contact support@nblendinc.com. Reports are confidential. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
