How we protect members
Adults only, verified
Date of birth is confirmed at registration and stored privately — only a derived age is ever public. Accounts suspected of being under 18 are suspended before review.
Photo verification
Members can prove they are real with a gesture selfie reviewed by our team. Verified profiles carry a badge and can be filtered for in search.
Consent by default
Messaging requires an accepted connection. Private albums require approval. Nothing about you is shared without an explicit action from you.
Privacy controls
Standard, Discreet and Highly discreet modes control where you appear. Premium adds incognito browsing.
Confidential reporting
Report any profile, photo, message or conversation. The other member is never told who reported them.
Instant, silent blocking
Blocking is immediate and two-directional — you disappear from each other's discovery, messages and notifications.
Staying safe out there
Protect your identity first
Keep your real name, workplace, home area and social handles out of your profile until trust is earned. Discreet and Highly discreet privacy modes exist for exactly this.
Move slowly, verify early
Ask for a fresh photo holding a specific gesture. Verified badges help, but your own checks matter more.
Meet in public, tell someone
First meetings belong in busy public places. Tell a friend where you are going and when you expect to be back.
Arrange your own transport
Arrive and leave independently. Never let someone else control how you get home.
Watch your drink
Order it yourself, keep it in sight, and leave if anything feels wrong. You never owe anyone an explanation.
Money is always a red flag
Nobody legitimate needs your bank details, gift cards or crypto. Allowance discussions never require you to send funds first.
Keep it on FyndMe
Conversations stay protected here. Anyone pushing hard to move to another app in the first minutes is usually hiding something.
Use block freely
Blocking is instant and silent — the other member is never told. Blocked members disappear from your discovery in both directions.
Scam warning signs
- Asks for money, gift cards, crypto or a 'verification fee'
- Pushes you to an external cam, streaming or 'safety verification' site
- Professional model photography with no casual pictures
- Refuses a live gesture photo but is eager to meet or exchange money
- Immediately declares strong feelings, or a crisis you must help with
- Grammar and story details change between messages
If any of these happen, stop replying and report the member. You will never be penalised for reporting in good faith.
The rules, in short
Adults only, always
Strictly 18+. Every account confirms date of birth at registration.
No pornography or explicit media
Suggestive is fine. Explicit sexual imagery is not.
No escort or transactional sex
Sex-for-money offers or solicitations are prohibited.
No live video or streaming
FyndMe has no live video, calling or broadcasting features.
Consent governs everything
Connections, messages and private albums all require approval.
