Terms & Conditions

FyndMe is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register or use any part of the service. You confirm your date of birth at registration and this is enforced by the platform. Accounts found to belong to a minor are removed immediately.

• Your public identity is an alias — your real name and email are not published.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
• One person, one account. Impersonation and fake profiles are prohibited.

• Pornography or sexually explicit media.
• Escort, prostitution, or any paid-companionship or transactional sexual service.
• Live video or streaming of any kind.
• Any content involving minors, or content that sexualises minors.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, stalking or non-consensual contact.
• Scams, financial solicitation, spam, or promotion of external services.
• Sharing another member's images, messages or identity without consent.
• Illegal activity, or content that violates the rights of others.

You must own the rights to every photo you upload and every person shown must be an adult who has consented. Private albums are released only when you approve a request, and you may revoke access at any time. Redistributing another member's private photos is a serious breach and may be unlawful.

FyndMe offers exactly two levels: Free and Premium. Premium entitlements are described on the Premium page and are controlled by our systems. Features may change with reasonable notice. Billing, cancellation and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Profiles, photos and messages can be reported. Moderators may warn, restrict, suspend or permanently remove accounts that breach these terms. Suspension or removal for a breach does not entitle you to a refund. You may appeal a decision.

FyndMe does not conduct criminal background checks and does not vouch for any member. Verification is a signal, not a guarantee. You are responsible for your own safety decisions — read the Safety Center before arranging to meet anyone.

You may deactivate your account at any time, which hides it from discovery, or delete it permanently from Settings. Deletion removes your profile, photos, messages and interaction history, subject to limited records retained for legal and safety purposes.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FyndMe is not liable for the conduct of members, whether online or offline, and our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. You agree to indemnify Neuro Blend INC against claims arising from your use of the service or your breach of these terms. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The operating entity is Neuro Blend INC, #233, Seat Number 15, opposite Sunny Trade Centre, New Aatish Market, Jaipur-302020, Rajasthan, India. Contact: support@nblendinc.com.
