Privacy Policy

• Account data — the email and identifier provided by your sign-in provider, and your date of birth. These are private and never shown to other members.
• Profile data — your alias, derived age, area, interests, preferences and anything you choose to publish.
• Photos — public album images and private album images.
• Activity — likes, favorites, connections, profile views and messages, used to operate the features you use.
• Technical data — device and log information needed for security, abuse prevention and reliability.

Other members see your alias, derived age, the area you choose to display, your public album and the profile details you publish. They never see your email address, your date of birth, your exact location, or your private album unless you approve their request.

• To operate discovery, matching, messaging and notifications.
• To enforce the 18+ requirement and the Member Rules.
• To detect and prevent fraud, harassment and abuse.
• To improve discovery quality using aggregate, non-identifying measurement.
• To provide optional AI assistance for profile suggestions and recommendations.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not run advertising on FyndMe. Data is handled on our behalf only by the providers we actually use: our cloud database, authentication and file storage (Supabase, hosted on AWS in Tokyo), our application hosting (Lovable), bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), optional AI features and content checks (Lovable AI Gateway), consent-gated aggregate analytics (Google Analytics 4), and the web push service built into your browser. We also disclose data to authorities where we are legally required, or where there is a serious safety risk.

FyndMe does not currently send email of its own. Sign-in emails, where your provider sends them, come from your Google or Apple account, not from us.

FyndMe does not use GPS or browser location. The only location we hold is the city or area you type into your profile, and you choose whether it is displayed.

Storage needed to sign you in and keep the service secure is always on. Product analytics are optional and off until you allow them; Google Analytics is not loaded at all unless you do. You can change this at any time in the Privacy Center or on the Cookie Policy page, and turning it off stops the measurement immediately on that device.

Conversations are not scanned in the background. A message, photo or private album item is reviewed by our safety team only when it is reported, or when we are investigating a specific safety issue. Verification photos are visible only to authorised reviewers, are never published, and are deleted with your account. Verification confirms a submission was reviewed — it is not a guarantee of anyone's behaviour or intentions.

Premium is currently activated through manual UPI verification. When you submit a payment you upload a proof image and reference details, which are visible to authorised payment reviewers. Premium starts only after a reviewer approves it — not at the moment you pay. Payment proof images are deleted with your account; transaction records are kept for accounting but are detached from your profile.

Velyra is a separate storefront. FyndMe only reads its public product catalogue and sends no member identity, email, profile or browsing data to it. Purchases on Velyra are governed by Velyra's own terms and privacy notice.

We keep account and profile data while your account exists. Deleting your account in Settings removes your profile, photos, private album, conversations, interactions, verification records, push devices and payment proofs. Accounting records and staff audit entries are kept without your profile link. The full retention table is in the Data Protection Policy.

• Adjust visibility, discreetness and notification settings in the Privacy Center.
• Approve or revoke private album access at any time.
• Block or report any member.
• Deactivate your account, or delete it permanently from Settings.

FyndMe is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. See our Child Safety Standards.
